A very successful tea and pantry sale was held on Wednesday by St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church at the home of Mrs. W. H. Morris. Visitors were received by Mrs. Morris and Mrs. Kelley, while Mrs. Webster and Miss Tilney invited them for tea. Mrs. J. Scott and Mrs. Walker poured tea, while Mrs.D. Scott, Mrs. Mason, Mrs. C. Hogg, Mrs. Wilson, Miss Florence Hill, Mrs. Muir and Mrs. McMaster served refreshments and read tea cups. Mrs. Hay, Mrs. Shippobotham, Mrs. A.B. Hogg, Mrs. E. Morris made tea. Mrs. J. G. Robertson, Mrs. D. Milne, Mrs. R. Lindsay, and Mrs. Mondale presided over the pantry table. Mrs. Flemming was in charge of the pantry taand candy table. Mrs. J. Shaw acted as treasurer and reported a sum of $105.00 was made.
