Helping avert a tragedy at Waterton Lakes National Park has earned a Stoney Plain couple special recognition from the RCMP. Jack and Doris Davis were recently given a certificate of appreciation by members of the Pincher Creek RCMP detachment, which oversees Waterton, for their role in saving two men from the icy waters of Waterton Lake Aug. 3.
