As someone who thoroughly enjoyed playing the video game, I was quite excited when I stumbled upon this graphic novel while shelf browsing.

I like that it gives more backstory to what happens in the game and that it lets you see what it was like for Ellie before the events of the game. You get to find out the origins of the references that are made in the game.

I can't wait to read volumes 2-4!

I regret not pre reading this before letting my 13 year old read it. Full of the F word. I didn't expect that in the Youth section at the library! Pretty sure this belongs in the general/adult section for graphic novels.
