Couldn't look away,.. so I guess i was entertained. But I was upset that the genuine pain and abuse of the youngest wife was glossed over as 'humor' ! (3 out of 5 stars)

Fair - Six Wives of Henry LeFay, The (2009) 95 min. This is not a bad comedy at all - the situation is dark but humurous (a daughter played by Elisha Cuthbert has to organize a funeral for a father that abondoned her and her mom to marry over and over again). When the wives all gather for the wedding, the humor begins to take shape and yet, the film is so strange that it's hard to keep one's eyes away. Elisha Cuthbert held her own in this film and demonstrated that she could lead with the best of them.
